entry_candle_pct uses the range of the entry bar itself as the
unit of distance. A percentage: 50 long stop sits 50% of the
entry bar's range below the entry price.

percentage- fraction of the entry candle's range (high-low).
Usage
- Breakout entries: stop just inside the breakout candle's wick.
- Reversal candle entries: 100% means "stop just past the candle's extreme."
Pitfalls
- Tiny entry candles produce tiny stops. If the bar is unusually small, the resulting stop may be inside normal noise.
- No volatility regime awareness - same as fixed percent in that sense, just denominated in the entry bar's range instead of price.
