FAQ
Common questions.
Is there a free tier?
No permanent free tier. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the full platform, then it's paid-only. We don't want signal-shoppers. We want serious traders who treat tooling as a cost of doing business.
Do you take a cut of my profits?
No. LucraX charges a flat subscription. Your trading fees go to your exchange. Your P&L is yours.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We won't auto-charge you. You'll be prompted to upgrade or pause additional strategies. We'd rather you decide than surprise-bill you.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings and your access continues to the end of the period. We don't auto-renew without notice.
Do you support crypto payments?
Bitcoin and stablecoin payment is on the roadmap. At GA we'll support card via Stripe; crypto follows shortly after.
What about referrals?
Every paid member gets a referral code worth 10% of every referred user's monthly subscription, paid as long as the referee stays subscribed. Bring two paying users and your subscription is effectively free.
