Symbol mapping
ByBit uses BTCUSDT, ETHUSDT, etc. for USDT perps. LucraX
defaults to USDT perp for crypto strategies.

- Pegged orders: no (emulated).

Testnet at https://testnet.bybit.com. Generate testnet keys and
add as a demo credential.
Known quirks
- Unified account vs classic account - LucraX supports the Unified Trading Account API.
- Leverage is per-symbol and per-mode. Set before trading or
let LucraX set it via
risk_management.leverage.
